Great Ideas of Humanity is a campaign started by the Chicago Design Museum based on the original advertising campaign called Great Ideas of Western Man by the Container Corporation of America. Great Ideas of Humanity is an acknowledgment of the increasing globalization or our world and resulting cross-pollination of ideas, philosophies, societies, and culture. I was asked to design a poster as part of my internship at the museum. The quote, said by Swami Vivekananda, is reflected by the metaphor of razzle dazzle patterns which were painted on ships during the first world war.
